Kvevri wine "Numisi" in Kakheti, in the cellar-museum of historical significance, is made by the old Kakhetian traditional method - starting from the care of the vine by putting wine in the Kvevri and ending with aging in the cellar of the Wine Museum.
This ancient technology of making wine has been granted the status of Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO.
"Numisi" produces Saperavi and Rkatsiteli 2 types of Kvevri wines and also presents the ancient wine ethnographic wine cellar-museum in Kakheti region.
